Keep in mind that the glossy laptop lids need much maintenance as they are magnets for grease. I would go to the studio because it is cheaper and the lid is matte. Best quality for carrying around. I have a HP dv and let home because HPs tend to be heavy and also because it's full of fingerprints clear.
