Help with studio lighting kits?
Ok I'll buy a kit Smick.co.uk 400W, but I fell on Calumet Genesis kits. Someone Did it? Are they good as they look. Also for a fashion shoot in a room large enough with a white background, would be a kit 200W enough or should I go Kit for 400W? I could use a few other small electric flash, or halogen lamps for the background.

I'm shooting in almost the exact conditions you describe – Calumet Genesis 200 in a large dining room – and it very much. I also have a couple of really cheap SP AC slave systems (~ $ 30 hp) for backlight illuminates hair /. The is really a Setup inexpensive and it works very well.
