However, if you are a beginner and are not really sure if you want to do this kind of investment, Calumet (Calumetphoto.com) often has great deals on budget kits with lights, stands and soft boxes or umbrellas. I associated with a good kit brightness, case, stand, and umbrella below. craigslist.org is a good place to find people to get rid of their old equipment, too.
